Hi! I am so excited to meet you.

I mean, don't get me wrong, I know we're probably meeting because something is challenging, feeling off, or persistently difficult in your life. Nevertheless, I'm grateful we'll have the chance to cross paths.

Finding someone you trust enough to work with is a very important decision. I consider it a serious honor and responsibility to be a part of your life and team. So I want you to feel empowered in this decision. I know parents can often take on the role of seeking resources for you - but this is your life and your process.

The most important thing is that you feel seen, supported, and truly invested in this. That it's the right fit for you.

So here's a bit about me and my approach:

The way we act always makes sense.

You may be making choices you don't even want to be making. You may feel like they're the only option you have. You may feel like you can't break out of patterns you don't really want to be in—but they're the only thing that's ever given you relief.

Here's what I know: there's probably a really good reason for why your life is the way it is. Even if it doesn't feel good, there's a good reason. That makes sense. And—this is the important part—that doesn't mean you have to stay there.

There are things in our histories and lives that affect us in ways we don't even realize. But understanding those reasons is the first step to choosing something different.

You are more powerful than you realize.

If you're here, I bet you are super smart, creative, and sensitive. Those are gifts.

But, you’re using them against yourself.

Your sensitivity—which should help you understand yourself and others—you're turning into a weapon. You feel everything, and then you use that to convince yourself you're broken. Your capacity to care deeply, which is beautiful, you're directing almost entirely outward. You know how to show up for everyone else, but you've learned to abandon yourself in the process. Your intelligence, which could help you understand your own patterns, you're using to figure out new ways to survive instead of actually heal.

You're not broken. You have more power than you realize. You're just pointing it in the wrong direction.

Healing is about becoming who you always were.

It's not about becoming someone new. It's about becoming who you always were.

Before you learned to disappear. Before you felt that your needs were too much. Before you started trying so hard to be the person everyone else needed. There's a version of you—maybe one you haven't felt in a long time, or maybe one you've never fully known—that exists underneath all of this.

She's still there. And healing is about finding her again.

Does any of this sound familiar?

I might be a good fit if you relate to most of these:

  • You're constantly keeping track of your flaws and missteps - replaying conversations, criticizing how you said things, living with a hum of anxiety

  • Your emotional state depends on your relationships. If things feel off with a friend or someone you're dating, you feel off

  • You spend so much mental energy just recovering from emotions that you hardly have anything left for yourself - for your interests, your creative stuff, your own life

  • You absorb other people's moods the second you're around them. You feel what they feel, and it exhausts you

  • Your mind is always circling back to relationships: Am I doing this right? Do they still like me? What did I do wrong? And you can't quite break the loop

  • You think there's something fundamentally wrong with you, like you missed the manual everyone else got

What this looks like:

We meet virtually on Zoom, unless you live within driving distance of Denver, then we can meet in person in my office space. (There are a lot of plants, good tea, and fun drinks.)

We usually start with weekly sessions. But this work is very much tailored to you and what you need. Some weeks you might want accountability with goals. Some weeks you might want me to send you a reading or a prompt to think about. Some weeks you might just need to talk. We figure it out together.

If you think you'd like to meet and share some of your story with me, please reach out, and we can have a conversation about whether this feels like a good fit. No pressure or obligation - just a chance to see if we click.
